He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Joel and Hazel Wells (Alspaugh); his sister Wanda Busick; and his brothers-in-law, Kenny Wellman, Richard Mowery and Vance Busick.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Wells of Paoli; and his siblings, Sheila Mowery of Mitchell, Diana Wellman of Paoli, Brenda Scheidler (Jerry) of Evansville, Barbara Weaver (Scott) of Florida, Russell Wells (Virginia) of Paoli, Carroll Wells of Paoli and Ferrell Wells (Brenda).
