He was predeceased by: his parents, Don C. Lewis and Clara Lewis (Luke); and his siblings, Don Lewis Jr., Jerry Lewis, Beverly Painter and Mary Comer.
He is survived by: his wife Frances M. Lewis of Paoli; and his children, Christopher Lewis of Bedford and Terry Lankford-Peabody of Paoli.
