With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Bales of Parker City, Indiana, who passed away on July 11, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bales and Ruth L. Bales (Tomlinson); and her sister Mildred Brinckerhoof. She is survived by: her friend Church; and her sibling's children, Nellie Phillips (Larry) of Ridgeville, IN, Charlene Wilder (Steve) of Redkey, IN and P. Michael.
