He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Bugher and Ruth Bugher (Anthis); his former wife Shirley Bugher; and his sister Wanda Bugher. He is survived by: his wife Elnor Bugher (Murphy); his sons, Mark Bugher and Bob Bugher (Julie); his stepdaughters, Veronica Robinson (Roger) and Becky Glenn; his grandchildren, Michael Bugher and Jaleigh Pheral (Luke); his stepgrandchildren, Justin Hill and Ariel Payne; his great grandchild Azel Pheral; and his close friend Talon. He is also survived by four step-great grandchildren.
