He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Paul and Hazel June Stout (Coblentz). He is survived by: his siblings, Caroline Hawk of Denver, Daniel Stout of Roann, Duane Stout (Karen) of Roann, David Stout of Peru, Douglas Joe Stout of Peru and Donald Stout of Wabash.
