She is survived by: her sons, James D Smith of Burnettsville, Daniel Wayne Smith of Bellevue, MI, Donald Edward Smith of Logansport and Vincent Scot Haynes of Kokomo; and her grandchildren, Kendra L Quillen and Joshua W. Smith.
