He was predeceased by : his mother Jean Bauman Smith; and his sister Julie Vollmuth. He is survived by : his father Lynn Smith; his wife Holly Conlee; his sons, Stephen Smith (Tarah) and Jordan Smith (Brianne); his grandchildren, Kathryn Smith, Corbin Smith and Evie Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Collen, Byron and Bo Ross; and his sisters, Linnett Ball (Jim) and Lisa Smith.
