He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harting and Edna Harting (Carman); his wife Mary Estabrook; and his sister Jeanette Thomas of Louisville. He is survived by: his son Jeff Harting (Angie); his grandson Braxton Harting (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Miles and Lucas of Jasper, IN; his sister Mary Lou Stang of Lacrosse, KS; and also, Carly McCain (Ryan), Carter, Caleb and Crosby of Ireland, IN.. He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews.
