He was predeceased by : his father Walter Sloan. He is survived by : his children, Kelby Ross (Mike) and David Sloan (Crystal); and his siblings, Joyce Sloan, Nancy Logestan, Janet White (Bill), Sharon Stroud (Jim) and Gary Sloan (Martha). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
