She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Falls and Verna Falls (Woods); her husband David Wayne Harvey; her son-in-law Mark Charles; and her son David Scott Harvey.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna K. Charles of Petersburg; her daughter-in-law Jimmi Sue Harvey of Petersburg; and her grandchildren, Dana Blackwell (Jerry), Andrea McCutchan (Kyle), Leah Blair (Chris), Cassie McDowell and Keri Harvey. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and also, several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the number of people allowed inside the funeral home will be limited to allow for social distancing and masks are required.
