She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Phelps and Catherine Phelps (Johnson). She is survived by: her children, Gary, Brian Dugger and Connie S. Murray; her siblings, Estill Phelps Jr., Thelma Eiker, Margie Burton and Anna Phillips; her grandchildren, Jeff Murray of Melvin Dugger, II, Paul Dugger and Meghan Dugger; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Daugherty, Zoey Murray, Dela-Ray Hall and Dillon Hall Jr..
