She is survived by: her husband Billie R. Carter; her children, Jeffrey Carter (Wendy) and Jennifer Homan (Andy); her stepsons, Billy Carter, Jr. (Theresa) and Michael Carter; her brothers, Fred and Ronnie Shannon; her grandchildren, Taby, Trevor, Trista Carter, Samantha, Graci and Avery Homan; and her great grandchildren, Kinsley and Brooks Weymouth. She is also survived by six step grandchildren.
