He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Webb and Lester Matney. He is survived by: his wife Wilma M. Matney; his brother Arthur Matney (Cindy); his children, Tammy Jo Dinn (Aaron) and Tim Justice; and his granddaughters, Emma Dinn, Purdy, Leilani Justice, Ginger and Haemma Justice "Raisin". He is also survived by 21 nieces, and nephews, 8 brother in laws and sister in laws, many great nieces and nephews.
