He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Hemphill and Evelyn Hemphill. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carol Hemphill of Plainfield; his daughters, Keri Hemphill of Crystal River, FL and Denise Burgess (Travis) of Plainfield, IN; his granddaughters, Sydney Burgess (Austin) of Plainfield, IN and Shelby Burgess of Plainfield, IN; and his sister Sharon Cox (Calvin) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
