She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Chiabai and Vincent Chiabai; her siblings, William, Albert Chiabai and Evelyn Nelson; and also, Dona, Vie and Ray.
She is survived by: her husband John T. Costello (Jack); her grandchildren, Sean, Verity Costello, Matthew, Patrick Joseph, Jake Brocious, Jonathon, Betsy, Brian Daum, Kathryn, Jack, Connor Costello, Eve, Amanda Vavilis, Christopher, Kierstan and Nicholas Kaufman; and her great grandchild Ronan Kaufman.
