He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elbert and Bonnie Fern Combs; his wives, Carolyn Combs and Debbie Combs; and his brothers, William and Keith Combs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Celana and CeAnn Combs; and his grandchildren, Haley and Harper. He is also survived by 3 nieces and a nephew.
