She was predeceased by: her father Michael Surber; and her grandparents, Mary Harold Surber, Norma and Chastain. She is survived by: her parent Teresa Benedict Surber; her husband Donnie; her sons, Brady, Bryce and Benson Sebanc; her siblings, Stephanie Suprano (Eric) and Bryan Surber (Sarah); and her nieces and nephews, Kollin, Alivia, Chandler, Alec and Blakley.
