Smith of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Lakely Rose, Elliott Smith, Jack, Caroline and Jayden Bennington; his mother Linda Bennington of Avon; his brothers, Chris Bennington (Lisa) of Coatesville and Andrew Bennington of Avon; his nephews, Brian (Amy), Arron and Joshua Bennington; and also Lisa Hoover.
