He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wooster (Joe) and Julia Wooster (Stultz). He is survived by: his wife Debra (Tapscott); his stepfather Howard Wooster; his children, Leslie Lapp (Alan), Craig Koon (Tricia), Carla Heald (Shawn), Kimberly Ketchum (Ryan) and Kristen Moore (Chase); and his grandchildren, Jake, Makenzie Koon, Benson Ketchum and Carter Moore.
