He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Fugate and Florence Fugate; his wife Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Fugate; his daughter Joy Frownfelter; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Fugate.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck, Jeff Fugate (Karen), Pam Blowers (Don) and Vickie Colford (Tom); and his brothers, Bruce and Clay Fugate. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
