He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Kopp; and his grandparents, John and Lillian Kopp (Marshall). He is survived by: his wife Karen (Soukup); his daughter April Kopp (Cody Tilson); his siblings, Charlene Hill (Edwin) and Bruce Kopp (Paula); his grandson Atlas; his nieces and nephews, Justin Kopp, Derrick Evans, Brian Hill, Laura Leen (Patrick) and Melissa Soukup; and his sisters-in-law, Kris Soukup and Karla Soukup (Christopher Flynn).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Ray's honor to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the American Cancer Society.
