With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert L. Painter (Plainfield, Indiana), born in Paxton, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Painter and Zara Painter; and his siblings, Ethel Bennett, Doris Proctor, Eva Powell, John Painter and Charles Painter.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Painter (Robertson); his children, John Painter, Janice Pilkenton (Stone), Jerry Painter (Michelle) and Jolynn Weaver (Keith); his grandchildren, Jessica Harris, Heather Ellenburg, Adam Hedrick, Jeffrey Painter, Cameron Weaver, Justin Painter, Morgan Painter and Leland Painter; and his brother Kenneth Painter (Ruth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
