She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leon and Edith Bell Baker (Thompson); her husband Donald L. Fields; and her son Randy Oliver Cushman. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald L. Cushman (Barbara) and Robert Leon Cushman; her brother Walter Leon Baker; her grandchildren, John Roberts Bates and Kristina Coffman; and her great grandchildren, Dylan and Danielle. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
