She is survived by: her husband Mark Bernhardt; her sons, Mark Bernhardt II (Alisha) and Brad Bernhardt (Colleen); her grandchildren, Brooke, Travis and Shiloh; and her siblings, Mike Arnold (Cindy), Jean Ratliff (Terry), Jane Brooke (Stewart) and Terry Blume (Leon).
