She was predeceased by : her parents, Julianna Thompson of Gary, IN. and Raymond Eugene Thompson (Gene); and her stepmother Mary Thompson. She is survived by : her husband Joseph Lee Currens (Joe) of Burr Oak, IN; her children, Susan Daugherty (James II) of Plymouth, IN, Lorraine Lapadat (David) of Winamac, IN and Joseph (Anthony) of Walton, IN.; her brother Dr. Raymond Thompson (Linda) of Portage, MI; her niece Marsha Mott (Chuck) of Montgomery, AL; her parents-in-law, Russell (Buss) and Goldie Currens; her brother Robert (Bob); her sister-in-law Norma Gene Mc Ginnis; and her niece Jennifer McGinnis. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
