It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Lee Spaid (Plymouth, Indiana), born in Lakeville, Indiana, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Alva Spaid and Ruth Spaid (Miller); his wife Eva Spaid; his grandson Jakeb Spaid; and his brothers, Richard Spaid and Earl Spaid.

He is survived by : his children, Kerry Spaid of Bremen, Peggy Breasseale (Mike) of Horton, AL, Perry Spaid of Plymouth, Brenda Baranski (Tim) of Granger and Kimberly Giese (Steve) of Walkerton; and his siblings, Donna Pone (Joe) of Tennessee, Nona Kuhn of Florida, Louis Spaid (Kris) of Wyoming, Connie Castro (Joe) of Plymouth and David Spaid (Chris) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
