She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigmund Lesniewski and Genevieve Lesniewski (Barlog); and her brother Tom Lesniewski. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Klekot of Portage; her children, Melodee Lange of Portage and Nicholas Klekot of Elmhurst, Illinois; her siblings, Mike Lesniewski (DeeDee), Ray Lesniewski and Sandy Lesniewski-Wilson (Greg); and her close friend Peggy Carter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave, Portage, IN 46342). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
