He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Childers and Barbara Childers (Hunnicutt); his grandson Domenick Ray Childers; and his brother Bobby Childers. He is survived by : his wife Melisa Childers; his son Brandon Childers; his granddaughter Allie Elizabeth-Kaye Childers; and his siblings, Alvin Childers (Theresa), Tom Childers (Sue), Stanley Childers (Laura), Danny Childers (Rebecca), Candy Maxwell (Jason) and Karen Kleinman (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
