He is survived by : his children, Giannina Cruz (Freddy), Natalie Leaman (Adam), Johnny Fornari (Nicole), Kara Fornari (Garrett Johnson) and Matthew Fornari (Ashley Berrier); his grandchildren, Connor, Isabella Cruz, Cooper, Laila, Oscar Leaman, Giovanni Fornari, Madison Skafgaard, Maximus Puckett and Kyler Fornari; his brothers, Chet Fornari (Paula) and Patrick Fornari (Dana); and his brother-in-law Stephen Smith. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
