He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Edward and Leah Margaret Shauver (Ashley); his wife Kathy Shauver; his sons, Michael Shauver (Tricia) and Matthew Shauver (Christy); and his siblings, Robert Shauver (Liz), Janet Goad (Brad), Linda Valentine, Judy Franks and Nancy Arnold. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Williamson-Spencer & Penrod Funeral Home (208 N Commerce St, Portland, IN 47371). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed towards Evangelical Methodist Church of Portland.
