It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Anne Minnich of Portland, Indiana, born in Union City, Indiana, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Bias and Betty Hoover (Martin); her stepfather John Hoover; and her brother Ronnie Bias. She is survived by : her children, Nikki Smith (Troy) of Celina, Neil Pogue (Sherri) of Geneva, Wes Minnich (Helen) of Bluffton and Travis Minnich (Ashley) of Geneva; her siblings, Terry Bias of Ft. Recovery, Jerry Bias of Salamonia and Sandra Rammel (Tom) of Coldwater; and her grandchildren, Erika Caudill, Amber Steinecker, Dylan Smith, Cameron Pogue, Ramsey Pogue, Deven Minnich, Dana Minnich, Kinsley Pennington and Nicholas Minnich. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
