He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Rains and Marie Rains (Winders); his wife Rebecca Hudson; his children, Brad Rains of Indianapolis, Doug Rains (Ramey) of Indianapolis and Jennifer Harris (Jason) of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Robert Rains of Rushville, Don Rains of Rushville, Kathy Foreman of Rushville, Six, Krissi Williams of Rushville, Six and John Rains. He was also cherished by Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
