He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Bell Sr. (Wyatt) of Portland; his wife Krystal Jackson; his son Zachary Bell (Jessica) of Urbana; and his siblings, Timmie Bell of Portland and Deanna Cline (Trent) of Portland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
