He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Lou Hower (Gladish). He is survived by: his children, Donald Hower II (Stacey), David Hower (Amy), Donna Baughn (Joe) and Debby Penner (Terry); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Rager, Jennifer Peacock, Keith Hower, Amber Sculnick, Michael Penner, Morgan Penner, Cody Hower, Joshua Hower, Emmalee Hower, James Baughn, John Baughn and Maggie Bobel. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
