She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonie S. Burns and Ethel Burns (Gentry); her husband Charles E. Bailey; and her siblings, Mary Scarlett, Delta Harvey, Margarett Garett and Wendell Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Michael Bailey (Patricia) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Cheryl Ann Bader (John) of Louisville; her grandson John George "Johnny" Bader III of Louisville; and her siblings, James Burns of Francisco and Edna Boswell of Raleigh, NC..
