He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. Davidson Sr. and Jeanne M. Davidson (Benda). He is survived by: his children, Scott Davidson of Oakland City, Doug Davidson (Jami) of Princeton and Jamie Leistner of Owensville; his grandchildren, Jordan, Nevaeh, Noah, Jerzey, Braylon, Justice and River; and his siblings, John Davidson (Debra) of Paoli, Tasha Thian (Tony) of Pennsylvania and Gina Davidson of Odon.
