It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Burns of Princeton, Indiana, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester George Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson (Steinhall); her daughter Linda Kay Burns; and her brothers, George Johnson and Bob Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Burns of Fort Branch and Deanna Lutz of Princeton; her grandson Sam Estes of Princeton; her sibling's children, Gerna Butts, Holly Schutz and Billy Johnson; her cousin Judy Hudson; and her close friend Sheila Robinson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Colvin Funeral Home (425 N Main St, Princeton, IN 47670). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Francisco Cemetery.
