She was predeceased by: her siblings, Judy Messmer (Miley) and Jack Miley; and her sister-in-law Betty Miley (Wood). She is survived by: her husband Roy "Quig" Tolbert of Giro; and her siblings, Ted Miley of Petersburg, Shirley English of Kansas City, MO and Sharon Sue Cord of Spencer, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
