He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Memmer and Freda Memmer (Freund); his siblings-in-law, Joe Wade, David Hall and Cassie Memmer; and his nephews, Jeff Edwards, Stephen Hall, Tim Memmer and Brian Eads.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Wade of Owensville, June White (Jim) of Patoka, Ed Memmer of Francisco, Jim Memmer (Loretta) of Princeton, Nancy Edwards (Rocky) of Oakland City, Donna Hall Princeton and Rose Eads (Garry) of Francisco; and his goddaughter Amber Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Lucas United Church of Christ or to the family for medical expenses for John's nephew, Dale White, who is fighting a rare form of leukemia, P.O. Box 194 Patoka, IN 47666.
