He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Wagner and Myrtle Deal Wagner Hosmer; and his siblings, William Wagner, Charles Wagner and Lois Jane Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Wagner; his children, Steve Wagner (Christine), Kerry Wagner (Brenda Grove), Cyndy Osborne, Rodney Wagner (Teresa) and Brent Wagner (Sonja); and his brothers, Edwin Hosmer (Judy) and Dale Hosmer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
