He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Perry (Teeters); his brother Shad Michael Lee; and his grandparents, Howard, Evaline Teeters, Lewis and Emma Jane Perry.
He is survived by: his father Jack Perry; his wife Brittany Perry of Princeton; his children, Alyssa Perry of Princeton, Ryan Perry Jr. (Brooklyn) of Princeton, Blade Perry of Princeton and Evaline Perry of Princeton; his stepmother Janet Perry of Princeton; his brother John Perry (Kimmi) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Zavier Russell, Jaiden Perry and Landon Perry; his parents-in-law, Robert Burner of Patoka and Cathy Trinkle of Crawfordsville; and also Jeff Hubbard of Petersburg.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for expenses in care of Brittany Perry.
