He is survived by: his spouse Geneva Mae Hopkins of Francisco, IN; his children, Patricia Ann, Patty Pearson (Rodger) of Pierre, SD and David William (Lil) of Helenville, WI.; and his grandchildren, Kesiah Frederick (Gary) of Pierre, SD, Bruce Samuel (Jill) of Crooks, SD, Lacey Tauscher (Patrick) of Elkhorn, WI, April Madsen (Mark) of Elkhorn, WI and Jasmine Booker of Columbia Falls, MT. He is also survived by friends but his family is comforted in knowing that he is in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ and reunited with Geneva, his Dad, Mom, brothers and many friends.
Sam cared for Geneva through her struggles with Alzheimer's disease until she passed in 2008.
