She was predeceased by: her father Edward. She is survived by: her sons, Kalen and Christopher Sloan of Francisco, IN.; her sister Carrie Bartley of Pigeon Forge, TN; and her grandchildren, Alessa Sloan, Lilly Sloan, Alayna Sloan, Jaxon Kiefer and Gage Sloan.
