He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Victor and Jane Isabelle Dierking Stickler; and his siblings, Herbert Stickler, James Robert "Bob" Stickler, Clarence "Bud" Stickler and Mildred "Sis" Schuler.
He is survived by: his wife Rena Lois Fessel Stickler; his children, Kelly Conrad (Greg) of Sellersburg, John F. Stickler (Edy) of Corydon, Kimberly Taylor (Gordon) of Depauw and Jeffrey Stickler (Kristi) of Depauw; and his grandchildren, Paige Conrad Scott, Arielle Conrad, Brad Stickler, Kyle Stickler, Samantha Taylor Duffy, Sydney Taylor Schram, Savannah Taylor Nokes, Kayla Stickler Jones, Kelsey Stickler Musall and Brianna Stickler.
