He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Ann Bline (Hartman); and his siblings, Jack, John, Jim, Paul, June, Jessie and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Milby (Kenneth Wayne), Phillip Bline (Joy), Scott Bline and Patrick Bline; his grandchildren, Kassie Lynn, Makenzie Bline, Hunter Bline, Terry, Nickole and Maisea Milby; and his brother Gerald Bline.
