She is survived by: her fiancé Rob Chmielewski of Jeffersonville, IN; her daughter Lisa Spencer of Corydon, IN; her brother Wayne Goldsmith of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Dale Spencer, Aleshia Fetz (Joey Hope), Ashley Jackson (Joshua), Christian Fetz and Danielle Gibson (Joshua); and her great grandchildren, Kynzee Tevis, Zoey Hope, Clark Gibson, Oliver, Conner and Ellie Jackson.
