He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Boutwell and Beatrice Boutwell (Parsley); and his brothers, Ray, Jr., Daniel and Delbert Boutwell.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Boutwell (Bobbie Ringo) and Heather Boutwell (Rusty Nance); his siblings, Dennis Boutwell and Paula Poe; and his grandchildren, Shelby Boutwell, Paris Collins and Kaylynn Nance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
