He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Peyton Proctor; his wife Barbara Cohn of Reelsville; his father James Proctor; his siblings, Robert Gayle Proctor and Mary Jane Proctor Jones; his niece Trudi Jones Thomson; his great-niece Cathi Thomson; and his cousin Ronnie Job (Judy).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kaleb Britton (Amanda), Kody Britton, Chip McCullough (Kandis), Shannon McCullough (Kati), Jamie Britton Blanck (Clint), Josh Britton (Megan) and Tad Chew (Kalina); his great grandchildren, Noah Britton, Christian Hines, Alexis Hines, Hailey McCullough, Hudson McCullough, Paxton McCullough, Clark Chew and Murphy Chew; and his cousins, Larry Jones (Linda), Bob Proctor (Mary), Jane Ervin and Kelly Job Knicley (Adam).
In lieu of flowers, Reelsville residents can honor Jimmy by paying next month's water bill on time.
