He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald L. Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Benji Lee Casey and Pamela S. Johnson (Jerry Wade); his wife Patti J. Casey (Linville); his sister May-Gan Mayfield (Tyler Okulovich); his sons, Alex Harris of Brazil, Levi Earl Linville (Jennifer Aaren Guinn) of Clinton and Jacob Wayne Linville of Brazil; his uncle Mike Johnson; his aunt Sheila TerMeer; and his grandmother Mayme Ruth Johnson Cox of Brazil.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in memory of Joshua.
