She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Sheely and Barbara Swallow (Wegner); and her brothers, Frederick Sheely and John Swallow. She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Lape (David) of Rensselaer, IN, Barbara Baer (Kyle) of West Lafayette, IN and Kendal Ford (Justin) of Noblesville, IN; her grandchildren, Kimberly Voss (Caleb), Natasha Daniels (Kyle), Jasmine Van Houten (Dane), Laura Heilman (Josh), Megan Lape, Kaden Baer, Caleb Ford, Jalynn Ford and Elijah Ford; and her great grandchildren, Nehemiah Voss, Samuel Voss, Wyllalynn Van Houten, Zaidian Van Houten, Tristan Heilman and Grayson Heilman.
